2022 brings a significant change to the French retail market. According to the AGEC law, starting from January 1, 30 types of vegetables and fruits are no longer allowed to be packaged in plastic. Plastic stickers on items such as apples and pears will also have to disappear. Containers for delicate fruits, such as blueberries and raspberries, can still be made of plastic until 2026.

Bastin-Pack offers various packaging solutions to comply with this French plastic ban. We have already assisted several companies in various food sectors in transitioning to plastic-free packaging. Contact us via chat, email, or call us at 0032 9 225 18 19 to consult with our experts!"
